  • We want every WonderCritter to arrive ready to be loved. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Because WonderCritters are small-batch, limited-run items, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

    However, if your item arrives:

    • Damaged

    • Defective

    • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

    please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

    How to Start a Return Request

    Email us at wonderlabcollectivellc@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • A clear photo of the item and packaging

    Once reviewed, we’ll offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund (if a replacement is not available)

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and processed within 5–7 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our error.

    Shipping Issues

    If your order shows as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, we’re happy to assist however we can.

    Final Sale Items

    All sale or promotional items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    WonderCritters are created in small batches with lots of love (and a little magic). If something goes wrong, we promise to treat you with care and fairness, just like we’d want for our own kids.
